I suppose I should have posted this with my original post with the Otter Boy, but he is a Crime Boss that runs a criminal gang known as the jungle. The gang primarily consists of more bestial-like races, or humans that have somehow developed animal-like traits. However, I'm also open to allowing any outcast within reason, so if that sounds like a cool gang you might want to join then hit me up.
