Eagle Eyes: He was born with a special gift to see extremely long distances. able to make out tiny details from over five miles away.
Rabdophobia: He isn't afraid of magic, but he hates it and hates when he is forced to use it, It makes him uncomfortable to use magic or to be around people who use it, though if someone needed healing he wouldn't hesitate to use healing magic when no other option is apparent.

Too much of a good thing: When he uses his gift of sight he must be careful that he doesn't look at the sun, or risk damaging his eyes.

Personality

He is quite used to being the low man on the totem pole, but he enjoys his work and never complains. He takes punishment and abuse willingly and holds no resentment towards those who despise him. He is happy with his position and only desires to be useful to someone in some way.
He is devoted and loyal to his master/s and always does as he is told.
However, he holds strong to certain ideals, if at all possible he will do as he is told without breaking those ideals, but if there is no way around it then he will choose stay true to himself.

Even so, in all he does he strives towards excellence, not simply "getting by" or "barely cutting it", but thriving no matter where he is or what he is doing.

Biography & Lore

Titus Phane grew up in a small village close to Alliria where he spent his early youth sneaking through the woods, tracking small animals, and even sleeping under the stars at times when he had lost his way. He loved and adored his parents because they loved and adored him and his older sister.

He especially admired his father, a strong, wise, skilled, and faithful man who made a living as a woodsman, builder, and a teacher in their small village. He learned much from his father, wanting to take after him in every way.
His mother was the daughter of a merchant, and still used those skills as she brought handmade pieces of art and trinkets and haggled them off to travelers and people in the village for a good price.

He and his sister were close until she got the opportunity and went off to attend university in the city. Not long after that, however, their father was injured while working and things seemed to go downhill from there. Coin became scarce and options began to run out for them as treatment for his injury was expensive and they were quickly put in debt. His father couldn't work and his mother couldn't make enough to support them, even his sister pitched in by finding work in the city and sending money home.

Finally Titus had to do something, so he decided to apprentice himself in order to learn a trade which let him travel a bit and make some money, he was forced to keep some for himself to survive but the rest he sent back home to help pay off the debt.
But then disaster struck again as the man he was apprenticed to fell sick and died, and he found himself stranded. So he did the best he could and ended up becoming the servant of a wealthy household, work that payed much better than before and he quickly climbed the ladder from Grounds Keeper to Footman on his way to becoming a Butler, where he would be able to pay off the debt completely and help his family.

He was hired by House Bochanan and began his work immediately. as a servant it was like he found his calling, being a servant was a joy to him and he absolutely adored his masters and everyone around him, even being a servant to the other servants and taking on extra works loads if it helped. He loved those he served as if they were another family to him and he would do anything they asked out of love for them.
He served the House and family with absolute loyalty, sending a portion of his earnings back home regularly so that his father can receive treatment.

During his service in House Bochanan he was placed as the personal servant of the eldest daughter of Lord Bochanan, a beautiful young lady called Myrcella Bochanan. He enjoyed serving all of the family, but he found even more enjoyment when he served his mistress. He was not enamored with her from the very start, she was a noble born girl and acted every bit of the role, even though she was also rebellious and willful especially when it came to her parents and their wishes, but over time as he served her she softened in her disposition to him and seemed to mature greatly. It wasn't long before they would begin spending time alone together, talking of the future and their places in it, and eventually deciding that they wanted their futures to be joined together.

But that seems to be when the problems began. Her father died, and in his will he left her to be wed to the son of another noble house in an alliance and arranged marriage. Titus and Myrcella had decided earlier that he should become a knight in order to be able to be wed to a noble lady, but with this complication they now seemed to have very little time. Now, their options grow slim...

As if fate wanted to throw another obstacle at them, his mistress was suddenly lost from the grounds with her betrothed, vanished by magic.
This time Titus wouldn't remain stationary. He went out to find her and has been traveling ever since.
