Appearance
Neo is a dog, in case the fur and wagging tail didn't give it away. He's a fine mix breed of dog with long golden fur. He's powerfully built but his sturdiness doesn't detract from his squishy hugableness.
He has a handsome expressive face with a good nose on him. He's got just the right amount of floppy to his face that just makes him so squeezable!!!

Magic User: He's a skilled magician, able to cast a plethora of spells from his spellbook.
Educated: He's learned how to read and knows how to write in the majority of the main racial dialects, but is unable to do so with his own paws.
Ball Chasing: He is very good at chasing balls and very fast! But he really loves to chew them to pieces when they're done with them.
Fetch: He has an impressive nose, he can track down anything if he's smelled it before, even over a two day trail.
Flip: He's extremely agile, able to do flips and tricks, though proper motivation would usually be required... (Treats)
