A freed drow slave now working for the Blackshield Company as a mercenary.

Riddled with a number of visible scars that he doesn't much care to hide. He's already considered ugly in drow society... as well as to many non-drow, so he stopped caring. Micardrin only cares for practicality, and so he dresses the part: he wears drab, plain colors and will mismatch without a care in the world so long as it suits the job.

Micardrin may loathe drow society, but living in such a cutthroat culture as a slave shaped him into a man whom few would describe as kind. He'll gladly sink a blade between damn near anyone's ribs for the right price. He won't even pretend to care about the troubles of people even if he's not actively trying to kill them. Micardrin will cut people off mid-sentence if he gets tired of hearing them. Mostly, if he wants to talk to someone outside of the Blackshields, it's because he's seeking information on a job that he's working, and he will make that clear from the outset. He hates beating around the bush and just wants to get straight to the point.

A male is a second-class citizen at best in drow society, and Micardrin was the lowest of the low: a slave. He was once a warrior, albeit still considered lesser than a woman. The house he served was wiped out, and he was taken as a slave. Micardrin was put to work fighting deadly monsters and enemy houses. He wasn't expected to last long, but he persisted. After years of toil, he was freed and became part of the Blackshields.
