Liza Newcastle
Appearance
Liza Newcastle is small for somebody her age, and a tad on the light side. She has short wavy strawberry blond hair, and a smile can always be spotted on her youthful face.
Loathed to wear armor or fancy garments, Liza prefers the comfort and style of a commoner's clothes. When armor is needed, she will don a leather cuirass over her clothes.

Skills and Abilities
Sanguimancy - Liza has the ability to manipulate and control her blood. This usually comes in the form of hardening her blood into a blade that is sharper and stronger than steel. She can also cast it as a projectile.
Though normally limited by the amount of blood in her own body, Liza steadily grows more powerful the more blood that is spilled around her, as she can use that if she combines it with a tiny bit of her own blood.
By mixing a miniscule amount of her own blood with somebody else's, Liza can take control of her blood in them and spread it, gaining control of the persons body albeit for a very limited amount of time.
In dire circumstances Liza can directly manipulate the blood in another person without mixing in her own and use them as a puppet of sorts. This takes extreme concentration, and the more physically powerful her opponent is, the more difficult it is for her to keep them under her control.

Liza is a bubbly, energetic girl who is always eager to help or to make a new friend. She is often described as kindhearted and loyal to a fault to those she considers as friends.
Despite being called "soft", "weak", and "useless" by her peers, Liza tries to keep a positive attitude and outlook on life. Liza believes that all the pain she has to endure is ultimately for the greater good of Vel Anir.
Because of her friendly demeanor and deep concern for others, she suffers a lot of abuse at the hands of the proctors who try to break her and toughen her up.
