Grul
Grul is a wandering witch doctor who is looking to gather as much magical knowledge as he can possibly get his hands on. He is a decent healer though that is mainly due to his medical knowledge and potions, because while he knows some healing magic most of his magic is a variety of different spells most focusing on utility or combat. His potions can have a variety of effects though none of them are directly offensive. He has a terrible bedside manner, can come off as prickly but he actually has a very caring heart. He has a tendency to focus one one thing at a time and so he tends to get tunnel vision. While he has tamped down his kinds mischievous nature a lot with his willpower he can't help but to do harmless mischief every once in a while, as an example he may take something from someone only to then place it back in a slightly different place. He has been to many places and seen many things and yet he's still extremely curious about everything he sees.
Appearance
Grul stands at 2 ft 6 in and has a very lean muscular frame this is due to him doing a lot of walking and traveling and because he forgets to eat every now and then. He has quite a few scars across his body and he has a pattern on his face drawn in red dye from a blend of herbs and berries he carries with him. His clothes tend to be a bit more on the worn side, with multiple patches. They also tend to have plenty of pockets and hidden compartments. He wears multiple different pouches and a bandolier with pouches along with two satchels and a backpack. He carries with him a walking stick with multiple different trinkets tied to it with twine and bits of leather and rope. These are things from pretty feathers, shiny rocks, or even bones. His eyes are a yellow color though would not seen from shadows and then direct light they tend to look more golden than bright yellow. His skin is a deep earthy Brown that seems to blend in perfectly with most types of dirt.
Skills and Abilities
Alchemy- he can craft many different types of potions, poisons, tonics, powders, and elixirs. However these take time and while he can make them ahead of time they require time and ingredients. And the more rushed he is the larger a chance of a potion having some unintended side effect.
Medical knowledge-basic first aid and an understanding of how to treat injuries and wounds and how to make medicine from non-magical means. He can so shut a cut and reset and splint a broken limb.
Magic-while he is decently powerful he is not a powerhouse his talent comes in his versatility of magic rather than his sheer power as he has learned many different spells, curses, rituals, and charms in his travels.
Magic trinket creation- through his travels and because of his mentors origin as a witch he has learned to create minor enchantments on trinkets. They are not very powerful and only last a few days at most however they are small and inconspicuous. They do however take time to enchant.
Bush craft-he understands how to survive in the wilds and how to do so efficiently.
Knife fighting-he knows how to fight with a knife and he uses his small frame and lean physique to deliver quick fast strikes however he is no brawler and so while he's decent at dodging if he gets hit it will not be good.
Herbology-he can identify plants and fungi and their properties both medicinal, alchemical, and whether they are poisonous or edible.

Personality
Grul is a prickly fellow and is gruff in his mannerisms but if you can get past his rough exterior he is very caring, kind, and loyal friend. He can be a bit stubborn at times and tends to focus too much on one thing at a time and can easily overwork himself if someone doesn't remind him to take a break. He has bouts of mischievousness but otherwise keeps his mischievous nature under wraps due to it having backfired and caused problems for him in the past. He has a soft spot for animals and we'll go out of his way to help them if he can. He has a fascination with magic and alchemy that borderlines when obsession that is only matched by his tendency to pick up random things he finds interesting whether they be small statues he buys from stores or just a particularly weird shaped or shiny Rock.
