Biff Noomron
While his brother Tiff Noomron was busy learning how to fleece a peasant with colored water, Biff Noomron was busy figuring out how to shove a live Cave Manticore into a reinforced crate without losing a limb. The younger of the two Noomron brothers, Biff always lacked Tiff’s refinement and patience for social climbing.
He preferred the company of things that growled, hissed, and bit mostly because they were more honest than his brother. Biff left the Kapmadillo colony years ago, realizing his thick scales and natural strength made him a perfect fit for the high-risk world of Beast Trafficking.
While Tiff sells illusions of power, Biff sells the real thing: raw, snarling, untamable muscle. He operates on the fringes of a nearby swamp, supplying noblemen with guard beasts they can't control and monsters that ransack nearby towns.
He views Tiff as a fancy-hatted windbag, though the two maintain a lucrative business relationship. Tiff finds the buyers with deep pockets and shallow sense, and Biff provides the dangerous cargo that makes those buyers feel powerful.
Appearance
Biff is noticeably larger and more rugged than his brother. His scales are a darker, soot-colored brown, marred by deep gouges from claws and chemical burns from various breath weapons. He would not be caught dead in anything but the finest of silks, relying on his formidable scales to stay out of harms way.

Personality
Biff is gruff, pragmatic, and remarkably fearless. He has no time for metaphors or flowery language. He treats every customer with a "buyer beware" attitude; if a client gets eaten by the creature he sold them, Biff considers that a failure of the client, not the product. He is fiercely protective of his stock until the coin hits his hand, often showing more empathy to a wounded Wyvern than to a bleeding nobleman.
