Appearance

As women in her village go, Beth considers herself somewhat average. She's neither tall, nor short, nor is does she consider herself exceptionally slender and graceful. With pale skin and freckles across her nose and cheeks, she thinks herself pretty plain. Except for maybe her eyes, the unusual hazel she inherited from her mother is probably her favourite feature. Her auburn unruly hair is her least, and is more often than not, shoved up in a bun to keep it out of her way.

Skills and Abilities

Beth can carry eight tankards of ale at once and not spill a drop. She makes a very good stew too. She also likes to sing, but she wouldn't say she's that good. Well, it'll quiet a brawl well enough and she supposes that's all that matters.

Personality

Beth is a happy woman, content with the life she has working with her father. She works hard to look after him and her four brothers when they are home, she always goes out of her way to make sure the guests are content with their stay. One might say, in the grand scheme of things, she is naive. Unlike her brothers she's never left, nor had an inkling to leave the confines of her beautiful little village.

Biography & Lore

Bethany was born to Harry and Loretta Inman, the fifth child and only daughter, she has spent a lifetime protected by her four older brothers and sheltered by her father. Bethany's mother died a few years ago and like any dutiful daughter she took on the role of woman of the household, helping her father run The Rose and Thistle. Beyond, that, there is little to Bethany's tale, unless of course you count the tinker's son Thane, who has grown oh so handsome over the years. Her father caught them making eyes at each other once and has done his utmost to keep the two from interacting for more than a few seconds each time they visit.
