Taking an apprenticeship with a cabal of insane wizards is one thing, but to make that operation more efficent, profitable, less hazardous and more fruitful with the conjurations of chaos is entirely another, let alone leaving the group on good terms once that apprenticeship was over. Zolin is extraordinarily astute in matters of allocation of time and resources, seeing flaws where people see prideful facets, seeing better paths to success where others might see a failed venture to be snuffed out. To boot, he is a skilled mage and highly skilled in making himself elusive to either spell or weapon that might seek him out. He applies himself in whatever he does, and since his fifty years working alongside the Cabal of Zogg in his youth, now acquires rare components for himself and fellow mages and craftsmen. When he isn't improving organisations he deems worthy of his time and attention, he is seeking components for profit for greater devices from arcane associations and guilds. And there has been a great demand for all things vampiric, and so, Zolin Fettle has applied himself to bringing down such vampires for great profit. Quick with idea, swift with his blade, and a conjurerer of wild and dark magics, Zolin has no compunction about inflicting great pain on those who might doubt that his idea are not worthy, and that his bite is just as firm as his bark to those who doubt his self assured genius. Utterly confident, rarely dismayed, often frustrated for brief periods before correcting others, Zolin walks a fine line between favoring the carrot or the stick with what comrades find him.

A shock of white hair that rises upwards, keen eyes that determine all in a clear and ready fashion, fine clothes that indicate the fellow has had some time amongst wizard tailors.

With natural innate talent for spellcraft, Zolin combines illusionary misdirection to ensure survive, with electrical shields and arcing swathes of pain for those who might cross him. He can command gouts of flame, and use his sword to deftly keep himself protected from those who might wish to cut his throat for speaking his mind. He often uses stones to imbue himself with additional powers, a boon from his old cabal.
