Appearance
Viktoriya is a relatively tall women with shoulder length blonde hair that curls inwardly as it cascades down her farce and neck. She is a tight figured women often adorned in a red or black nun like outfit which is more or less a trap due to her powers and religious beliefs. Aside from that she has more traditional eleven outfits which she may wear when traveling to avoid detection or just for the ease of movement they provide.
Skills and Abilities
Martial Arts: Though not usually one for using weapons to keep up appearances on occasion and her age leaving plenty of time for leaning Viktoriya is competent with a few Elvish weapons.
Bow: A staple for most Elfs far and wide, easy to use and light to carry, like riding a bike once you learn how to shoot it never leaves you.
Duel Short Swords: Her skill with her duel blades is more for show then actual combat Viktoriya being more focused on elaborate moves and blocking to deter an opponent then striking back.
Magic: Most of her 'Divine powers' come from Hissut, the god of destruction and illness
Curse: Calling on all Hissut god she is able to curse to her enemies causing varying sicknesses, weakness and fatigue.
Draining Pull: A spell that saps away an enemy life force and adds it to her own, not the most powerful but if done enough can easily subdue a person.
Dousing Flames: Conjuring flames similar to elemental powers brought about by Hissut to vanquish those who would stand in her past
Binding Chains: A tendril like daemon of dark chains comes forth to contain and hold down foe to prevent their escape.

Personality
Viktoriya is quite the charismatic and cheery women of cloth, giving off quite the friendly and warm welcoming vibe. It is unknown if such is a front to gain more followers and fool those under her command or her genuine personality. Still she is over all kind and does not act rash unless provoked in some manner.
If she is provoked Viktoriya is quite forceful, often not hesitating to beat a lesson into said person, her usual cheery smile becoming much more carnal and sinister. Additionally when defending her faith the women can become rather irate and overly aggressive.
