The usual, average revenant skills of speed and killing via touch.

If one can call what they have a personality… While Vashtielle diverges from the average revenant, they remain unpredictable in their voracious purpose to wrench other souls from their bodies in the sense that their rate of attack varies and not every sentient being they’ve come across over the centuries is a victim. With the inexplicable urge to further populate the island of Phorasmos with more of their like, Vashtielle does so at their own volition.

As madness comes in varying flavors, Vashtielle’s is particularly unnerving as they tend to laugh, cry and scream in equal parts simply at unexpected intervals. Volatile like any other revenant, the notable factor that differentiates them is how something tethers their consciousness to an indistinguishable point. At times it may appear they are deep in thought, but it is so fleeting that no discernible reason has thus far been deciphered.
