Udalof
Appearance
Udalof is a tanned young adult a little bit bigger than the average human, mostly because of his upbringing. His hair is fairly long, just past his shoulders, and one can make out the beginnings of a beard on his chin. He has a few noticeable scars on him, the oldest being on his left cheek from a wolf's claws. He is a heavily built man, his adoptive parents having insisted that he be in near perfect shape, his upper body strength is phenomenal due to his lifelong training, although he's not as strong as all orcs he is close enough. He wears a vest of laminated armour, thick bands of leather with scales of thick bone arranged in single rows that overlap upward. He also wears bracers and greaves reinforced by small plates of bone, his thighs are protected by rectangular pieces of gambeson padding with similar bone scales are fixed on in by leather thong. This open front kilt is secured at the waist by his belt, which also holds his sword. On his back is a recurve bow with a quiver of arrows fletched with owl feathers.
Skills and Abilities
Udalof is a skilled swordsman and archer, while hardly the best at either, he is quite the formidable opponent be it up close or from a distance. He knows nothing of magic save that it exists and that he doesn't trust it, he would much prefer to put his faith in steel.
Personality
While he may initially come off as cold and grim, if one were to get to know him, they would see that he is much like everyone else, he has a sense of humour, likes to talk, laugh, drink, and if one were to gain enough of his trust they may discover that he has a small but noticeable interest in gardening.
