Teriin is generally dressed in functional clothes, well-maintained, but not denoting the magnitude of his personal wealth. He has short blond hair and scruffy equally blond facial hair. He generally carries a rapier at his waist.

Teriin is a well-trained if inexperienced fighter, he had the best swordplay trainers growing up, yet little excuse to actually use the skills he gained.

Personality
Teriin grew up repressed. He always had too much energy and life as a noble gave few outlets for it. He lacked the requisite subtlety to be active in the courts of Vel Anir.
Now that he is out of Vel Anir he has lost basically any filter between his mind and his mouth. He says what he thinks with no concern for the consequences.
