Tel’vore de Uslakiir of House Phlogis. “The Ancient:” An elf who reportedly has been there since the very beginning of the Merchant Council. He is certainly the oldest council member, having fluctuated in and out of the Merchant Council over the centuries. Extremely haughty and arrogant, often not deigning to speak to those he considers below him, he is an icy and distant presence in the council. He trades in elven silks, velvet, wool, jewellery, filigree and other trinkets. He is a great patron of the arts, as art is one of the few things that can still stir his old heart.
