Appearance

Tamila’s a light skin tone with long, bright red hair that she keeps tied back into a ponytail. She’s a couple inches shorter than the average elf and has a fit body build. Her eyes are dark green.

She wears long-sleeved shirt that’s forest green in color and a pair of brown pants. She has a quiver filled with arrows strapped to her back, alongside a bow. She has a leather belt tied around her waist with a pair of knives strapped to it.

She was a leather backpack that she hides a dragon egg inside.

Skills and Abilities

Tamila’s proficient at archery and primarily relies on it to fight. But she’s also skilled in fighting with knives. In battle, she tends to rely on her speed and agility to keep distance between her and her opponent. In a contest of pure strength, Tanila’s not likely to win against opponents of equal training.

Tamila’s also a skilled huntress, knowing how to track, move silently and survive in the wilderness.

Personality

She’s an eager young woman who dreams of having a life of adventure and heroism. This is, in part, what drove her to leave home to join the Dragon Keepers. She doesn’t have much practical experience in adventure. Most of what she knows she’s drawn from books she’s read, both true and fictional. She loves books, specifically ones about heroes and legends, and they’re what originally inspired her to want to be a hero herself.

She’s an outgoing and friendly woman who enjoys meeting new people from different walks of life. Although this leads to her being a little too trusting at times. The only kinds of people she can’t stand are those who are decidedly unheroic, who bully, extort or hurt people for fun or for profit. She also hates people who hunt all dragons, seeing it as an evil thing to do.

She dreams of joining the Dragon Keepers, having a high view of dragons. She believes they’re noble creatures who’re unfairly hunted. This doesn’t mean she believes that there aren’t evil dragons in the world. She doesn’t have a problem with hunting individual dragons who’ve done terrible things. She only takes issue with those who hunt all dragons.

Biography & Lore

Tamila grew up in a small village in the Allir reach. She and her family were hunters who made their living selling goods in the local market. Tamila never hated this life, but always dreamed of doing something more. At first, inspired by stories, she dreamed of becoming a monster hunter who would slay beasts near and far.

But, one day, on a hunt far from her village, Tamila discovered a dragon sleeping in a secluded area of the woods. At first, saw this as her chance to become the hero she always wanted to be and tried to slay the dragon. But the dragon swatted aside her arrows and knocked her down with her wings. Tamila panicked, thinking she'd die, but the dragon let her leave instead.

Tamila was confused, not understanding why a supposed monster would spare her. She stayed home for a few days, but soon after she went out again to find the dragon. This time, she only watched from afar. She kept at this for the next few days, until she finally approached the dragon, peacefully. Oddly enough, the two became friends of a sort.

Tamila brought her some food she hunted and spent time with her new friend. Until, one day, the dragon was found by a group of freelance monster hunters. While Tanila tried to convince them the dragon wasn't evil, they didn't care, wanting the glory of killing the creature. Tanila was captured and left tied to a tree, only able to hear the battle from afar.

Tamila freed herself and ran to try and help, but by the time she arrived, the dragon was dead. But her egg was still intact. While the hunters were exhausted, Tamila snatched the egg and ran, the hunters saw her take it but weren't able to catch her. She's since been on the run, the egg safely hidden in her backpack. She doesn't know what to do, but she's dedicated to keeping the egg safe from harm.
