Talyia Sharion-Teriel
Talyia carries a deep and lingering suspicion within her heart, a hunch that her stepson, Adoniel, may have played a sinister role in the death of her late husband, the former High Lord of Sharion. Despite her strong intuition, she has chosen to withhold her accusations, keeping her suspicions close to her chest. Instead, she stepped aside as the High Lady, allowing Adoniel to ascend to the position of High Lord of Sharion uncontested.
Talyia's inner turmoil between her suspicions regarding Adoniel and her dedication to the larger cause of defending the Falwood manifests as a powerful undercurrent in her character. Her restrained anger and unspoken accusations drive her actions, as she becomes an enigmatic figure, capable of both loyalty and vengeance. With each battle fought against the humans of Vel Anir, her determination to uncover the truth behind her husband's demise only grows stronger, fueling her commitment to protecting the natural world from those who would harm it.
Appearance
Talyia is a towering elf dryad. Waist-length black wavy curls. Skin a dusted golden ichor. Shades of sunflowers, yellow lilies, and daffodils colored the shadows of her high cheekbones, her strong shoulders, and the way her brow furrowed in wrath.
The sclera of her eyes is as black as pitch and the pupils a strange pastel pink like the petals of cherry blossoms.
On her crown, above her pointed elf ears, grew two arching and swept-back oaken spiraled horns. Resembling a tightly bound network of roots and thorns. Although small pink blossoms sprouted from the thin vines that grew along the rooten horns.
She never wore clothes except for the pattern of pink-dusked lichen that grew in flowering and graceful patterns along her collarbone, chest, waist, and arms. Except for the lichen and flora that grew up her legs and arms that were as black as soot; those fingers tapered to short talons, like thorns. Although just like her horns, flowers and vines dotted her skin in random intervals.

Skills and Abilities
Talyia possesses an extraordinary and innate connection to the plant kingdom, allowing her to wield powerful magic over vegetation. Her abilities extend beyond simple manipulation and control, delving into the realm of creation and destruction.
With a thought or a touch, Talyia can coax plant life to bend to her will. She can make vines writhe and entangle her enemies, ensnaring them in a grip that tightens with her wrath. Her command over thorns is both beautiful and deadly, as they sprout and grow into a formidable barrier, shielding her and her allies from harm.
But Talyia's powers do not stop at control. She has the ability to breathe life into withered plants, revitalizing them with her touch. She can cause flowers to bloom in an instant, scattering their fragrant petals upon the wind. Likewise, she holds the power to bring about decay and destruction, withering even the hardiest of trees and draining the life force from her adversaries.
Her influence over plant life extends to the very essence of the forest itself. Talyia can commune with ancient trees, drawing wisdom from their collective consciousness. She can call upon the forest's hidden energies, channeling them to enhance her own abilities or unleash devastating spells of nature's wrath.
Personality
- Talyia, as the High Lady of the Lorinan family and a prominent figure within Tarnossë Sharion, finds herself deeply entwined in the intricate web of Tarnossian politics and military affairs. Her marriage into the esteemed Lorinan lineage further fuels her passion for protecting the Falwood and upholding the ideals of her house.
Blessed with extraordinary powers over plant life, Talyia's abilities transcend the ordinary. She wields the raw forces of nature itself, channeling her dark feminine rage into the very essence of the Falwood. Through her command over plants, she can control, manipulate, and even create or destroy with a mere thought. Vines, thorns, and verdant growth respond to her will, aiding her in battle and safeguarding the sanctuary of the forest she holds dear.
Talyia's motivations and beliefs are rooted in her vehement detestation for Vel Anir and the encroachment of their human settlements upon the sacred boundaries of the Falwood. The historical conflicts between Tarnossia and Vel Anir have forged a deep-seated enmity within her, fueling her unwavering commitment to defending the delicate equilibrium of nature. Her suspicion and mistrust extend beyond Vel Anir to anyone who hails from outside the Falwood, for she believes they may exploit or undermine the sanctity of her cherished realm.
Her advocacy for nature is unyielding and relentless. Talyia stands as an unwavering guardian, a fearsome protector of the Falwood's sanctity and its inhabitants. She resolutely opposes those who would selfishly exploit the forest's resources or cause harm to its delicate balance. Her wrath is directed at those who would dare threaten the forest or seek to harness its power for personal gain. In her, the dark feminine rage finds its embodiment, an unstoppable force driven by her boundless dedication and the fury of nature itself.
These combined aspects make Talyia Sharion-Teriel a force to be reckoned with—a fierce and merciless advocate for nature, a relentless protector of the Falwood, and a beacon of wrathful fury standing against those who would harm her beloved forest.
