Athletic build. Light brown hair is kept neat and tidy. Usually clean shaven.

Swordsman - An exceptional swordsman by any meaning of the word. Talec has seen his share of duels and has gained experience from each of them. As a younger man he would pick fights with more experienced opponents to learn and despite receiving several bruises and minor wounds along the way he achieved his goal. Recognized as an accomplished warrior who can hold his own against most opponents.

Archery - A Proficient Archer though he won't win any tournaments. Able to use most Bows, including a Crossbow with some capability though he's not known to excel as a marksman he can, occasionally pull off the bullseye through dumb luck or sheer statistics after firing at the same target enough times.

Occult Lore - While he's not a Mage Talec knows a virtual plethora of mundane lore. He can recite knowledge detailing Vampires, Werewolves, most forms of lesser Undead and Demons. He has no ability to bind any of these creatures to his will but can instruct others on methods that have been known to affect and kill such creatures. He's also aware of the basic mechanics of rituals involving magic and so forth and though he is unable to cast he can recognize certain cues that would indicate the casting of magic.

Loyal to Cintria. Mildly ambitious. Believes that for the Kingdom to maintain its sovereignty it should prepare for war with the other nations if for no other reason than to dissuade them from seeing Cintria as a target. He has no moral objections to the keeping or taking of slaves as these practices are commonplace in Cintria.
