Talavaar
Talavaar is a male elven warrior known to have terrorized the southern Anirian frontiers. He is a leading figure within a cult that worships the Dark Ones. With a large body, he poses an immediate threat to anyone he could reach with his sword. He wears three magic items: a magic broadsword, runic armor, and a red jewel embedded within his forehead.
Biography
Talavaar's origins are unknown to the wider world.
The first record of Talavaar, or what could be him, occurs around the year 370. Along with a small warband, he raided a few villages in the southern frontiers of Vel Anir. A couple survivors got their testimonies back to Vel Anir, so the government declared him an elven terrorist and criminal that deserves death.
In reality, the warband was a group of Dark Cultists and their random attacks had a greater purpose.

Quick to act, Talavaar does not hesitate in the face of his enemies - whether to attack or enact a plan that would lead to their defeat.
As a leader, Talavaar focused on achieving the greater goals of the Dark Cult. If the cult made gains through the deaths of innocents or its own followers, he made those sacrifices.

Talavaar has three pieces of unique equipment that amplify his combat strengths.
The first is his broadsword. Its blade is almost as a rectangle with the end flared out. The edges are colored red. The sword is a magical artifact with a seemingly unbreakable blade. Those cut by the blade have experienced difficulty in stopping any bleeding caused by it.
The second item of note is his own full plate armor. Runes adorn the edges. The armor amplifies Talavaar's strength and durability. Yet the most important feature observed is how the armor appears to, at the least, dampen magic that directly attacks him.
The final item of note is a red gem embedded within his forehead. It is unknown what this item is for.
