The secretive record-keeper of the Winter Court

Tall enough, lean, and with thin green hair and an overly polite physical presentation, Tadgh might be the last thing you'd expect when you think of a Puca, the typical warriors of the Fae. In his true form he has small, leathery wings protruding from his back, and many iridescent green scales on the exposed parts of his skin when he's not shifted his own skin to hide them. He doesn't have a particularly attractive or inviting face, though some might find his draconic features exotic, and Tadgh is exactly the kind of character you'd lose in a crowd and not be able to find again, as his physical presence is almost nonexistent.

-Poison: Tadgh's claws are venomous and his breath emits a potent poisonous gas. He can also shift just one of his fingers into a claw, which he can use to inflict his venom. However, due to the nature of the venom and the gas, both become inert very quickly, meaning he can't use his natural abilities to poison food, drink, and other items--he always has to do the poisoning himself.

Cold, calm, and efficient, Tadgh is exactly the kind of Fae you'd expect from the historiographer of the Winter Court. Very little slips past his attention, and he is socially aloof in most of the ways you could think of. His attempts at humor and laughter are usually pretty mechanical, and pinning him down for a longer conversation about anything is nearly impossible if he doesn't want to be spoken to. He much prefers to watch, and wait, only acting when the moment is precisely perfect. It is this patience and attention to detail that also defines him.
