Chief Sunder was an old friend and ally of Emir Soleiman before the latter fell during the Sacking of Salitra. He and the Haathee Clan have stood by Salitra in solidarity for generations. It is only natural that he should hold a position as one of two dignitaries among the Seven Savants of the Council of Eleven.

Massive in size, Sunder wears garments appropriate of a king. His skin is stark white, a sign of his albinism; while it is very rare among the Haathee, his people have viewed it as a sign of strength and a divine signal of his right to lead.
