The self-proclaimed fastest hands in Arethil came from humble origins. His father and mother were both assholes and Shiloh does his best to stay as far away from the tree as possible

Recently liberated from the bleak life of the Dreadlords, Shiloh is determined to live life how he wants to and to enjoy every second of it.

Shiloh stands with an impressive build at 6'1. Like many raised in the Academy, his body has been hardened and tempered in into the body of a warrior. While he is not necessarily gigantic in height, Shiloh feels long. From his arms and legs, his torso, and his fingers. He feels larger than he is. Shiloh has beautiful blue eyes that he uses to great effect on those of the opposite sex.

It is rare to find Shiloh without a smile, and not in a good mood. A trait rarely found in at the Academy, but serving as a beacon of warmth for those who speak to him. Another unique trait, Shiloh takes things slowly. Not referring to his outlook on life, but he moves slowly and even has a slow drawl to his voice when he speaks.

Master of One: Shiloh is a specialist to the extreme. He was not extremely successful at the Academy. He came in knowing one spell and left seeming to only really know how to use one spell. The basic arcane bolt. However, he has fine-tuned that spell to the extreme. He can increase the spell in power, speed, and penetration. He can change the element or curve the projectile in flight, and so much more. it would not be an exaggeration to call him one of the utmost experts on the spell Arcane bolt.

Wand Wizard: Shiloh already has incredible speed with his spell, but he has increased that even further by utilizing wands. Each wand is engraved with a specific version of his arcane bolt spell. This leaves Shiloh free to power the spell and aim, not worrying about the build-up.


Fastest Spells in Arethil: Shiloh moves slowly in life, but not in combat. In fact, he claims to be able to fire off his spells quicker than anyone else in the world. He also claims to be able to draw his wands faster than any other. He has not met anyone who has proved him wrong, yet.

Sharp Shooter: Fast spells would not be much use without accuracy. Shiloh only took basic training in melee combat while at the Academy. Instead, focusing all his time on accuracy and precision. He is a near expert ranged combatant.

• Not Here for a Long Time, but a Good Time: Shiloh tends to be rather lackadaisical when he can afford to be. He enjoys spending his time drinking, carousing, and generally having a good time.
• Southern Charm: Shiloh is a gentleman through and through, following a specific but peculiar code. Speak kindly to women, always respect your elders and such, never criticize someone's cooking, etc.
• Cocky: Shiloh does not claim to be good at everything, but the things that he does think he is good as he thinks he is the best.
• Friends in Low Places: Shiloh is a fish out of water in high-class settings, but he has a talent for integrating himself and making friends with the lower populace. A man of the people.
• Red-Headed Devil: Shiloh treats women with respect, which includes letting them know they are beautiful. He enjoys flirting around, often when he should not. The fact that these women may be in relationships does not seem to deter him.
