Ser Cornelius Ferdinand
Appearance
Cornelius is a very, very large human being. He stands almost a full head taller than most other humans, and is built like an ox. His physique is somewhat toned, though no perfectly so - the man is definitely built for strength, not for show.
He is also... very pretty. Perhaps obnoxiously pretty. His perfectly tousled short blonde hair, with it's braided adornments on one side. The chiseled jaw, the award-winning smile, and a pair of deep, sparkling blue eyes.
Add to that his choice of attire; when ready for battle, his full set of plate armor is glittering gold and silver, with ornate designs etched in from head to toe. A blue sash is draped across one of the pauldrons, tied to another similar sash around his waist. The entire appearance of this man screams the most ostentatious knight one ever did see.
Out of his armor, Cornelius tends to favor a more simplistic design - a loose, low cut shirt, as lightweight and airy as he can find. Another blue sash for a belt holding up a pair of tan or brown pants that generally do not make it all the way to his ankles. He only wears boots when necessary, otherwise preferring sandals.

Skills and Abilities
Weapons: Cornelius prefers his tower shield, first and foremost. A large, sturdy shield almost a full four feet tall, with the sigil of the Fellowship of Nua Nua emblazoned across the front of it. The shield has plenty of nicks and cuts across it, but it is well cared for. In his other hand, he carries a flail. A monster of a flail at that, with three chains connected to three entirely-too-large spiked balls of metal. It takes all of his strength to swing the thing, which makes him terribly inaccurate... but when the flail lands it's mark, the impact is likely very devastating.
Magical Ability: It's a bit unclear where Cornelius's magical ability comes from. To hear him tell it, it was gifted to him by the great deity of peace and love, Nua Nua. And to his credit, the magic he wields certainly has a holy nature to it. Empowered strikes that are particularly damaging to demons, undead, and other corrupted beings. A large wall/barrier of light capable of deflecting all sorts of attacks. With considerable effort he can even purge some level of corruption from a person or object, or consecrate the very ground beneath his feet.

Personality
Loud, boisterous, jovial... it's fairly rare to find Cornelius without a smile on his face. Even in battle, Cornelius is the sort of person who always seems to be enjoying himself. He revels in a good fight as much as he does good food and good company.
He's also quite the tactician, though this is often tempered by boisterous optimism that makes even his best laid battle plans more than a little ridiculous. The phrase "Come on, it'll work!" is used fairly often.
