Born from an unholy union between a kivren father and a naga mother, Savei (Pronounced SSSSavee) is the only known fruit of the short-lived union. He is riddled with many disabilities and conditions that make him maladapted for either ancestral environment. However he may still be able to harness certain traits of either ancestral lineage like transformation and a venomous bite.

Savei used to be a palyful, mischevious child. But since has shed that childish facade in their now mature years.
Savei is still inquisitive and curious, but lacks any form of innocence that he used to embody.

Savei has white skin with black markings. He is adorned with hair and black tendrils on his cheek, neck, shoulders, hips and tail that glow in yellow biolumiscence. These tendrils are able to pulsate in other vibrant colours like red, blue and green.
Many black tendrills grow from his back, appearing as wings. The tendrills and his hairstrands are biolumiscent and glow in the dark.

Savei was born to the Prvasi clan on Nagai. While sheltered and loved by his mother, he was eventually exiled from Nagai due to a misunderstanding with his poor communication skills and genetic maladaptions.
