This is the third nidraak, not to be confused with the first Nidraak who was not a mortal entity. The third Nidraak is most likely an ordinary human with an unknown name, who got in touch with the cursed locker that held the essence of the first Nidraak.
Now cursed with the ideals of the first, the third has gone ambitiously mad.
