Rose is a roaming vampire whose strongest desire is to travel and experience life. The bias against her illness puts a hitch in this plan, forcing her to resort to her ability to hide in shadows. Literally. Beyond this, she has magic potential but very little training. Visions come infrequently. At times she can produce a shield that can protect her, or electric shocks on someone's skin if she's upset and touched.

She use to be a blithe, bubbling teen. Now, it's all she can do to stay sane and alive.
