As one of the oldest living Aerai, and one of the last of her generation, Rinvië is one of both great knowledge and wisdom. Though, in the way she personifies herself one would not always expect this. Despite her centuries of life, she embodies the Shorai's gift of lasting youth in more ways than in simply her appearance. She is often described as mischievous, and even troublesome, all of this while still carrying out her appointment to a masterful degree, in some ways to excess. Others have described her as brilliant, and insatiably curious.

Rinvië is a daughter of the Aerai warriorhood through and through like any other, well trained in the ways of combat with both the sword and her mind, but this is not her chosen path. Her knowledge there is only this, knowledge. Her true experience in battle is very limited, and though she preformed with great skill, she was far from those warriors among warriors.

Her skills, lie elsewhere.

First and foremost - and indeed that is her place in this regard among her kind - she is as a crafter. Trained in arts passed down for generations, Rinvië forges steel entwined with crystal and magic, breathing life itself into the weapons wielded by the Aerai, and the armour they wear into battle.

And beyond this, branching from this in search of greater arts, she had led herself down a path of many scholarly pursuits like architecture and history. Over her great many years she has come to learn many things, but ever the student, her curiosity persists like a driving force.

Most of the Aerai, especially once joined into their collective, portray an incredible amount of reservation. Not necessarily stoic or unfeeling, often in fact quite joyful, but still always very withdrawn.

Rinvië does not display these tendencies. She is far more emotive than most of the brethren, and seemingly far more influenced in her decision making by these emotions. Whether or not this is done by choice is not quite clear, and she's never really said. However, despite this being the case, and even though she has raised her voice on occasion, she is generally in control of herself.
