Riforte D'Marcus
Appearance
Born from the dirty streets of some unknown slum, the woman has made it a point to show off those minor scars of her youth. Standing at a slender height of five feet and three inches, Riforte is nothing short of a haughty woman with a bone to pick. The scar splitting her right brow tells a story of a scrapper, and the one right under her jaw shows she's an instigator.
Her ebony hair sweeps across her waist and is often left loose and wild. Depending on the mood, she will have it braided or curled, even decorated if she needs a change to the usual. Her dark hair carves out a proud face that harbors full lips that are oft spread in a smirk but never a full smile. There's too much that can be said about a smile; a smirk leaves the curious wondering just long enough to fall into her trap. Golden eyes are always moving, causing their color to shift and glow while they take in the world around them.

Riforte has gathered many skills and abilities while posing as a musician and entertainer while doubling as an assassin who exploits her access to powerful nobility to glean secrets for employers who are usually nameless and faceless. Nobles welcome entertainers like herself, seeking thrills and excitement; unfortunately, it is usually too late when they finally realize her charade.

Thorny Grasp
Riforte can conjure up a writhing mass of thorny vines and use the vines as restraints. While restrained, her victim is susceptible to being pierced by the thorns.
Deadly Mark
Riforte chooses an individual within her sight range and mystically marks them as her quarry. This spell assists her, so she doesn't lose sight of her target.
Shadow Blade
Any assassin needs a handy weapon. To make her job easier, Riforte is able to weave together threads of shadow to create a dagger of solidified death and gloom. This blade can only be used in dim lighting to complete darkness, anything brighter it will disappear or not appear at all.
Barrage
For a quick distraction, Riforte can throw a nonmagical item into the air to create a cone of identical items that shoot forward and then disappear. Often times this spell is used mostly to distract and entertain, but if in a pinch, she will use it to hurt whatever enemies may be near.
Shadow Step
She can slip through the shadows, using them to go from one spot to another unoccupied spot. This spell comes in handy if she is trying to remain completely hidden from her target.
Nightmares
With enough preparation, Riforte can tap into the nightmares of her target and create an illusory manifestation of their deepest fears, visible only to them.
