He wears ripped and dirty clothing and some small bags and looks rather unwashed.
His hair is tight to a loose bundle.
He looks fit and healthy and has neither bruises nor scars.
He has some tattoos which look like runes of some sort.

Raigan is able to use the power stored in his left arm to cast simple spells that he copied by watching others. He casts either a weaker or more primitive version of the spell. Copying powerful magic is for now not possible and would probably need real study.

He is good at sneaking and spying, not so great on being a fronton fighter.

If needed he will fight with whatever he has to his disposal. he will be able to defend himself against small fry.

lesser Invisibility: being able to warp the light around him but in a way that it leaves a weird warping texture behind that is noticeable when he is not standing in a dimmer area.


spying eye: he can control and see though the eyes of an nearby insect for atleast a short amount of time. The insect spasms while being controlled.


magic whip: he can create a whip out of magic which he uses to trip enemies or defend himself.

Raigan is a at first glance a cold and distant person which would be fitting to his Occupation but it does not take long for him to get warm heartedly and open. He sees himself of as a person who wants to better the world but finds himself in places where only bad poeple tend to go. He won't harm people for no reason and thinks of himself as being quite clever so much so that he tries to outmanouver and outwit his oppenents.
