Quest: An unfolded letter sits on the messy desk of Mardu Mancino, Sergeant of the Allirian City Guard. Read once and tossed aside. The man himself paces at the window, looking down upon the rainy streets below, thoughts elsewhere. The letter reads:
Sergeant --
The Council has approved your requisition of resources for the hiring of additional personnel in pursuit of the killer recently haunting our streets. Appropriate reward is left to the choice of your office. Flyers have gone to print and will be posted in the usual Guild & Public Areas.
(Aside: I know the commonfolk have adopted the moniker "Plum Plucker" for the killer, but surely we cannot allow this to persist. Find their identity quickly so that we can record something less ridiculous in the annals.)

Shorter, rapid-fire posts are encouraged from participants as this is a QUICK TIME EVENT. The thread will last about 2-3 weeks, and if the killer's identity is not found in that time, they may strike again against another victim...
