Percy is a thief by choice, preferring to steal from the rich and give to the poor, like a rabbit Robin Hood. He hates when people ask to touch his ears, but allows it because the feeling is nice. All he wants is to feel welcomed, but his lifestyle makes it hard, and whats the fun of being welcomed if that means you have to give up adventure?

Percy is snarky, and his nature makes him afraid of everything, much to his annoyance, though he fights it the best he can. He is very sweet when you get to know him, and will stay loyal to the end unless you betray him first. Then its over for you.
