Cortos does not tolerate Necromancers. So when Ondina di Ossatura, an apprentice at the Elbion College of Mages, returned to Cortos to find her parents dead and attempted to bring them back, the Radiant Church soon found out. They gave her a choice: burn at the stake, or become an operative of the Church. She chose the latter. Now, Dina roams the continents, hunting down other necromancers for the church.
