Appearance: He is tall, pale, and thin, a result of his elven heritage, and has a mop of wavy dark brown hair. He has the sereotypical elf appearance, but a slightly more square jaw. Long legs and lean build.

Skills and Abilities: He is good to excellent with a staff (like the melee combat weapon) and has the rare ability to "blink" himself and other objects , transporting them a short distance. He is also very intelligent and has a decent knowledge of medicinal herbs.

Biography: He was born to a single mother who had had an affair with a travelling elvish merchant. The "bastard" child of the town, he was mostly shunned by the rather old-fashioned town. The years of lonleyness left him mostly to his own thoughts, and the books he managed to swipe from merchants. Books of stories, herbs, and magic intreagued him most. When his powers manifested at the age of nine, a guard reported his ability to the king of Vel Anir. His unique gift caused the king to require him, starting at age ten, to train in the court where he learned to hone his ability and also the art of the staff.
