Cursed: Melinoe has two souls. One living, one dead. This allows her to course between the living and spirit worlds.
Transient Curse: Temporarily, she may curse the living to join her in the spirit world. Here, they may interact with what cannot be seen by mortal eyes. The curse is not pleasant on the living; it feels as though their life essence is being drained. Not completely wrong, but it is poorly misunderstood.
