Masaru is a large adult dragon. His scales are silver dulled slightly with age with pale blues, blacks and greys mixed in. His eyes are a luminous sapphire color that burn with a startling intelligence. And like most of his dragon breed he smells faintly of rain. Only one sighting has been reported.

The dragons full skill set has not been studied but from reports it can breath a blast of blistering frost. Rumors state that the dragon can assume other more humanoid forms for a time but as yet this has not been confirmed.

(Revision)< In the year 370 a spike in activity from the dragon known as Masaru was documented by several scholars over a wide range of places. The following skills and abilities have been confirmed but do not form a conclusive enumeration.

Change Shape: Masaru has the natural ability to assume forms smaller than himself. Any items, weapons, or clothing worn are absorbed or worn when his form changes depending on the nature of the items.

Light: Masaru has shown the ability to produce and control light including effects that mimic invisibility spells.

Breath Weapons: Masaru has produced both a 90 ft cone of ice breath capable of flash freezing a target, and a cloud of paralytic gas that can only be resisted by an extremely strong constitution.

Psionic Effects: Masaru has been noted as showing signs of psionic abilities such as telepathy, mind whip, and mind sliver.

Arrogant in the sense that he believes himself superior to lesser races and most other dragons, however less inclined to browbeat others with that superiority than some of his kind. Naturally curious by nature he often likes to hear what shorter lived races are thinking about a given situation. Though reclusive now in his middle years due to some unknown change, he was once very prolific in keeping other less morally responsible dragons from causing undue harm within his claimed territory.

Has fathered 20 dragons (some still live) and several eggs still incubating.
He maintains friendly relationships with his mates but due to age and size cohabitation is difficult.
