Skills and Abilities
Melee - Short
Lysanthir is proficient in the art of swordsmanship, and carries with him his falchion, which he has named Aichmirós Aetós, a name that seems to both amuse him, and make him preen.
Melee - Long
Lysanthir is skilled in the art of polearms and thrown weapons, however he prefers his falchion.
Archery
Lysanthir is somewhat skilled in archery, however his headroom, if you will, has always made rigging a quiver and using it difficult, and so he doesn't enjoy it in battle. However he finds archery as hobby and a way to hone his muscles to be quite enjoyable.
Misc.
It truly depends on the weapon.
Magic
Lysanthir hasn't spent nearly as much time tapping into his innate magical abilities as compared to many other satyr his age, with his extreme focus on honing his martial weapon skills. As such, his main magical abilities prior to joining the Knights of Anathaeum are very minor flourishes with his hands. However, he is expanding and honing this skill quite rapidly under the tutelage of the many skilled Knights he is around.
Sanctum and Pursuit
Lysanthir, while of the Dusk sanctum, is quite the contrarian, finding more of his skills in non-typical pursuits, though things may yet shift.
All of his pursuit skills are as compared to his skills very early in the year of 369, two months after arriving in Astenvale.
Pursuit of Life
Lysanthir's pursuit of Life has gone well, becoming skilled.
- Life Transference. Actively practicing under Syr Josai, and occasionally Syr Galvanhad. The chamber of the heart a drum, the stretch of vein and vessel the very strings upon which to play. And play well he must, for good song is healing song.
- Song of Balm. Taking inspiration and lessons from Syr Josai. He uses his Arapatian Lyre as a magickal focus, reducing the strain on his own body from a direct Life Transference and turning it into a healing score drawn in part from the land around him.
-
Pursuit of the Wild
In his very nature, Lysanthir has become skilled at the pursuits of Wild.
- Animal Compatriots.
-
Pursuit of the Loch
The enchanting grip of the Loch pursuit holds third only to Flame in popularity with Lysanthir, with moderate skill.
- Illusions, which he has been struggling with, and seeing Syr Featherwind for tutelage.
-
Pursuit of the Flame
The fire rolling within Lysanthir is cool, and while he sees it's beauty, his skill is only minor.
- "A Toast To Flame," which he has been struggling with, even in paying keen attention to Syr Leclair.
Pursuit of Death
Feeling repose enough in waking hours after a night of sleeplessness, Lysanthir possesses a mere breath of skill in Death.
- The recognition of the use of Death related spells and occurances. He may not know everything about Death, but he'll typically feel it's presence.
General Knowledge
Lysanthir can cook decent meals, forage and hunt, skin and clean animals, clean arms and armour, mend minor arms and armour problems, mend clothing, mix simple salves, and other necessary survival skills. He can also sing a decent tune, and has an average go at plucking a lyre or blowing the panpipes.

Biography & Lore
Childhood
A happy young kid, his childhood pursuits would find him fishing and throwing stones, climbing trees and rock outcrops, picking berries and running amongst the wildflowers and open fields, and playing games with his fellow kids and fawns in the glades of Arapat, nestled happy and hidden in the edge of Falwood, with a short walk to look upon the rapidly decreasing plant and scrub into the wide deserts of Amol-Kalit, an unhappy glare sent towards Vel Anir to the left.
Midhood
As a youth, his interests morphed between feats of strength, games of chance, the desire for fun, musical shenanigans, and the occasionally dangerous pursuit of adventure with his friends, oftentimes leading them deeply into Falwood to seek out elves and fae alike. It was in this pursuit of adventure that piqued his interest in the defense of those around him unable to do so themselves. To see for once past the blinders of childhood into the real world, at the fighting between Vel Anir and majority of the inhabitants of the Falwood, nay, the inhabitants of most locales around the city. Arapat was spared destruction, but was used as a resting and lodging point for troops many different times over Lysanthir's childhood. As he got older, the more he despised the presence of soldiers in the name of war. He began training in the art of battle as soon as he could, finding mirth and irony in his learning of battle to prevent war.
Adulthood
At a point in his adulthood, the military presence reduced, and word came that Vel Anir's finest had found a new village to lodge at between expeditions into the Falwood. Still, it takes his mother's assurance that the village will not come to ruination without him that allows him to leave, kissing his family's cheeks and celebrating his farewell before he truly treks away from home, walking along the edge between Falwood and the savannah to his left as he heads towards Alliria, it's innate pull calling him. Along the way he further honed his skills, learning from fellow Knight Errants, rogues, and the like.
Present
The present is yet to be written.
Other Information
Lysanthir has had little troubles since his youth, most of which are past him, but the one that nags and worries him to this day is his fickle sleep. He can find himself sleeping through a violent tornado, or kept awake by silence. Usually, he takes teas and herbs to promote relaxation and drowsiness, but he isn't always quick enough to catch a restless night. This often leads to him being found wandering around, reading, or exercising at any given hour with a swift complaint of "I can't bring myself to rest."
