The Beautiful Steppe
Lukrozub
Lukrozub, or ‘Luke’, was born on the Spine to a minor orc tribe, Clan Cromnag. He is not a blood relative but a member nonetheless; a warrior and hunter, who helped provide for himself as much as for his clan.
He has since ventured from his homeland in search of treasure. Not the kind that dwarves seek, but that nature brings. There is land out there, and within or beyond the Spine, it offers itself to all kinds.
To conquer, to merely learn, Luke’s adventure, his pilgrimage in a sense, will take him the way of his predecessors. Whether he returns or stays and stakes new claim, however, remains to be seen.
Appearance
Luke is as tall as most orcs, though others are more muscled. His is no less a muscular build but leaner, befitting as much a warrior as a hunter who is constantly used to movement. He has long black hair, locked and braided, and hazel eyes that grow lighter or darker depending on the light.
He sports a pair of golden earrings on his right ear, a tribal necklace from collarbones to chest, and may or may not travel shirtless, but not exactly naked. He conceals the lower half of his face with a mask whose shape is a skull. This may or may not be personal or due to a tribal ritual.

Personality
Luke is an orc. That might be enough of a sentence for most, given that he is prone to battle cries and the like, and would burn homes and their inhabitants alive if he felt it was justified. Then again, he tends to have to be prompted to unleash his rage, as with vengeance, and otherwise does not go out of his way.
Particularly given that a mask covers the lower half of his face, Luke generally keeps to himself. He isn't expressionless; you just generally don't see his expression. No simpleton, but he speaks of simple tongue, his isolated tribe having not quite adapted to the common one.
He is, therefore, a bit of a stoic except when he unsheathes his sword and/or his axe. Then you will know the life in Luke's eyes. For he will show it.

Biography & Lore
Lukrozub. Of Clan Cromnag. In the village of Ortabur. Not the son of the chieftain, but a clansman, and a close friend of the son of the chieftain. Though not related by blood, then, Clan Cromnag is his home. He grew up in service to them, fighting beside them, as the handful of other orcs did.
There in the mountains, in the Spine, hunting and surviving day and night, focusing on staying alive. Luke had no complaints in any task that his masters gave him. As a child, he was raised to be rewarded or beaten depending on how brave and what his mistake was.
All in all, Clan Cromnag promised, and proved, to have the man’s back. He trained with the blade, the bow, spear, sword, axe and both hands. He steered and steeled himself, hunting dangerous predators and fishing in treacherous streams.
Luke’s abilities would see him through his trial. When he came of age, he was sent away from clan and camp to brave the lands of the world at large, to discover for himself what was offered, and make his own decision as to whether they were worth it or not.
