Llothr exists, only as a specter amid the crashing waves of life. There one moment and gone the next. And for the short time words have been spared, his are often laced with hidden meaning, and his actions often difficult to understand.

A master sorcerer, Llothr relies only on the gifts at his disposal as opposed to the crueler steel wielded by so many. It is uncertain exactly how or even what it is Llothr does to cast his spells, but their effectiveness would be folly to underestimate.

Demanding, rude, and impersonal. One thing he is not, is xenophobic. He treats everyone with an equal bombardment of his condescending attitude with no hesitation. There are times however when his tongue becomes tame, and his apparent annoyance is replaced with solemn and diligent care.
