Lapis Alias: Sheltered Ice (dragon)
Appearance
Lapis is a Dragon male who mainly uses his human form. His human form has glowing Ice Blue/Cyan eyes and Ocean Blue hair that fades into a lighter tealish color, tanned skin, is relatively short for his age, but has a toned, lean stature. His clothes match the lighter tones of his hair with an off-white/gray sub color.
His dragon form is a medium sized, quadrupedal, winged reptile with Ice Blue eyes(no retina or scelara). His scales are Ocean Blue, containing a particular sheen to them in sunlight or moonlight. Ice crystals have formed around the shoulders of the beast which glow when using his breath attack.

Skills and Abilities
Transformation - Lapis is able to shift between a human and draconic form, as a dragon, he can speak telepathically to entities attuned to magic, or those that have ties to nature. Naturally, this means that he connects with plants and animals on a more empathetic level than most. Elves, and magical scholars are able to feel how he feels and have an easier time understanding his situation when not berserk.
Berserk - When Lapis experiences large amounts of stress, uncertainty, or other negative emotions, a surge of power will ignite within him and cause him to go berserk. In this state, Lapis is experiencing nightmares and if not in combat, will release an aura that releases a sleet storm that ranges in a 25 foot diameter of himself. Anyone is hit(excluding himself) inside this area is put to sleep and caused to have nightmares until the barrier ends. Once ended, the area returns to normal and Lapis needs only to touch those unconscious to wake them from their nightmare 20 minutes after. The effect is so severe that those affected have no recollection of the events that occured inside.
Frost Breath - As a dragon, he is able to wield the power of Ice. When released from his maw, this cryogenic energy is capable of decimating entire villages, freezing the carnage in solid ice. After using this power in a crazed state, or more than 3 times without resting, he will lose his flying capabilities; if he attempts to use his Frost Breath a 6th time without rest, Lapis will lose consciousness. (Resting means either returning to his human form, or not flying or using his breath attacks for a little bit.
Dagger proficiency: Being of a lighter build in both forms, Lapis is extraordinarily fast. When he was younger, various Daggers and Dirks were his weapon of choice when asked. He began to hone his art, enhancing this further with the use of magic.
Intermediate Magical Prowess: Every wizard in training has an affinity towards a certain type of magic. Lapis, because of his Draconic Blood and Aura unknown to him at the time, is always drawn to cryogenic energy. The manipulation of such is also known as Thaumaturgy; although he is still learning the more advanced spells, he is quite knowledgable in the field. Using this magic uses his body's temperature as an energy source, the more he uses it, or the greater the spell used, the lower his temperature drops. Lapis has only gone into hypothermia once while using this magic.
Dragon Veins: These Certain parts of the land that can be sensed and utilized by those who contain dragon blood in their body. Doing so severely drains the user of their Mana, throwing them into a weakened state and unable to use the Dragon Veins again for an extended period of time: the more drastic the change, the more Mana is required and the longer the user will be unable to use them. One can even lose consciousness doing so.

Personality
Lapis has a very happy go lucky attitude with a "go with the flow" outlook on life. He is very expressive and easy to read. When he is bothered by, or curious about anything, his face gives him away. When in battle, he shows a toothy grin and a continues his very playful attitude with a hint of seriousness, or intense concentration. He doesn't get mad, or upset very often because strong negative emotional exposure can cause him to go berserk.
