Personality
Cold disposition matched by an unnatural hyper-focus has left Kira with few friends. There is little that will stop her from accomplishing her goals.
Biography & Lore
She cares for her ailing father, who is unable to work due to a "construction incident" that left him unable to walk and without a hand that was too neatly cut off. Her mother left when she was so young that Kira can no longer remember her face. Is currently making ends meet as the Academy was expensive but truly believes in her career choice being the best direction for her.
