Kaori
Born and raised in a remote mountain village, Kaori now has to take her training and inquisitive nature into the world after having been exiled by her village elders.
Overview
Physical Description
Kaori has dark brown hair that can come down to her shoulders, but that she keeps up. Her eyes are a golden-brown color, and sharp as an eagles eye. She is average height, and lithely muscled, built for speed and dexterity, though with a wiry strength.
She can be found dressed either in cloth with a tiger claw motif, or in dark leather armor that is designed to help her blend in the shadows. She tends to not carry overt weapons in either set of clothing, but is always armed with a collection of hidden knives, daggers, and other blades.

Biography
Early Years
Kaori was born and raised in a remote village in the spine named Ka'alar. The village was the primary support for the mountain monastery of the same name, devoted to an order of ascetic martial artists that had long removed itself from the world, relying on the village and it's people to shield them from interruption.
Kaori was always interested in what went on in the Monastery, though only the Elders of the village were allowed to interact with the ascetics. Not one to let the word no stop her, Kaori often slipped up the mountain and watched them train. She began to imitate the movements they made, trying to learn what they were doing. She was found doing just such a thing by the leader of the monastery. The elder took her under his wing and began to teach her.

Leaving the Village
After a few years of this arrangement, the elders of her village found out. They were aghast at the training, wanting to maintain the distinct distance between the monastery and the village. Kaori was ordered to never go up the mountain again, but she again did not listen. When she was found out a second time, she was summarily exiled from the village.
