“Traps upon traps. And riddles upon riddles. Everything’s a game. The only thing we get to decide in this life is if we play to win." Inheritance Games

Appearance

A formidable figure with long, dark hair that often seems as though it has a blue sheen when the moons shine. Eyes are a chilling blue set within a pale, stern face. Dark circles can often be found beneath his eyes.

Duanann Affinity

The devil you know is better than the devil you don't. And no one really knows what the Prince's true affinity is. They might notice that he seems to be very lucky. Lucky to not have died in the two civil wars, even though they lost. Lucky to not have been poisoned by now. Lucky to harness the powers of the kelpie within a unified army.

And with all great power comes great cost.

When this gift is used, the Prince is unable to sleep. This can affect his energy and eating habits. As well as his rate to recover from injuries.

Personality

While Kana'ti is less to random acts of violence like his twin brother, he is still known to be cruel. But his cruelness usually has a purpose. He is a very prejudice being and considers lower fae and humans as lesser beings. As long as they stay out of his way he will ignore them and will not seek out unnecessary torture. Unlike his Night Court brethren ruled by Tulok, he does believe women are more than just means of delivering children but only to the point that they can be used in his armies. And only to the point that they show drive and value to the court.

He does want reform when it comes to Kelpies and their treatment and any other creature who can contribute to his kingdom.

Kana'ti is a learned male and has introduced the first educational institute to the Night Court and encourages his citizens to grow in their knowledge.
