Kaahl was a resident of the Shattered City of the Spine. He lived in the Golden Library and sought to catalog all knowledge in the world.

Kaahl is extremely curious about the contemporary world of Arethil. He goes to extreme lengths to satisfy his curiosity as he was one of the people within the Shattered City sending golems to collect people.
