Jorah was born in the Kingdom of Nordengaard, a tough and cold region that trapped the lands in sheets of snow, ice and mountain peaks. Born from a Mother who was a Nordenfiir and a father that was human, Jorah was what they called a "Nord". Though not being able to shape shift he was exceptionally strong and had amazing stamina that he got from his mothers side. Though he was given a tough upbringing in his training and was often getting into fights in regards to him being a "half child" he still proved himself to be tough and earned a spot to fight amongst the best in the Kingdom. Primarily Fiirevik is his main language, Jorah did learn English from his father and is quite fluent in it to the point his level of English is matched to his Fiirevik.

The traits of Nordenfiir were definitely strong in Jorah as he disliked much of the public and kept to himself most of the time. He put his time and efforts into combat and his family over anything. Family, Combat and an outcast. That was all he grew up knowing, yet all of this was only a touch of his life as once King Iordahn was killed and King Borvenir took his place, Non-Nordens were imprisoned including Jorah. King Borvenir had his father and mother killed for mingling with one another (indifferent race).

During his time imprisoned, Jorah was beaten and severely hated, left with scars, burns along with other things he will keep to his grave that they done to him. After two years in jail, It was only when Queen Maude came that Jorah was freed along with any others who suffered from King Borvenirs reign. As a free man and no family, Jorah kept his families small home on the Capital outskirts but remains a travelling man to the lands.
