Compassionate dictator
Appearance
Humanoid form: A very round, young lady. Her ears are slightly pointed, though not as long or noticeable as an elf's ears. She has auburn hair and brown eyes. Always well dressed and adorned with lavish jewellery.
Pseudodragon form: an enormous quadrupedal dragon-like creature, close to nine feet high to the crown and covered in long, luxurious fur. Coloured similar to a red panda, with red along her back and black along her enormous belly. She has huge blue eyes, big, pink, batlike ears that sweep backwards from her head, and an expressionful face. Whiskers sprout from beside her nose, her cheeks and from above her eyes. Like her human form, her pseudodragon form is comically corpulent. She has rings of fat around every limb, even her wings to the first joint or 'elbow,' and along her tail and neck.

Skills and Abilities
Shape change: Igni can change between her human and dragon form. She claims she has many other forms too, though rarely uses those.
Pocket Plane: Igni has a refuge in a pocket dimension she can access at any time. This is where she keeps the forms she is not using, such as her dragon form. Changing form seems to bend space about her until her form disappears, and is replaced by her desired form.
Conjuring/summoning: Igni is able to store other items in her pocket plane and summon them at any time. Her treasure is there, as is many gallons of highly flammable chemicals, such as alcohol. She can use small incantations to access these at any time and send forth streams of fiery liquid. She does this from the mouth in her pseudodragon form, to imitate real dragons, and can summon a greater flow in dragon form than human form.
Levitation: Igni can levitate, meaning in pseudodragon form she can still fly despite being several times the mass she should be.

Personality
Like most of her kind, Igni loves flattery, especially regarding her 'dragon' form. This makes it hard for her to stay in human form, for she is always longing to transform and show everyone her true splendour. Igni would like nothing better than to move into an opulent palace and be worshipped by her closest humanoid friends. Despite this she values her friends, and kindness, too. Others of her kind consider her compassionate to a fault. That said, she drives a hard bargain in trade. Like real dragons her lust for gold is unending.
