Hassam is the greatest of Salitra's seabound merchants. His fleet primarily trades in spices, but it is rumored that he's been known to deal in more...unsavory items. A man of particular wealth, stature, and influence, Hassam has held his position on the Salitran Council of Eleven as one of the Seven Savants for far longer than most.
