Appearance
Hard Luck is big for his species, almost comically so. When out of his armor which is almost always since he put on those extra couple pounds, he looks like a shaved minotaur with no horns, hooves, tail or bovine bits. Dark hair, eyes like muddy water, and generally not great to look at unless you like big dumb and bland.
Skills and Abilities
Tough: His strange mutation in a terrible experiment gone wrong left his body incredibly dense. So dense infact that even surgical procedures are impossible. Good part? An incredible ability to soak punishment that would kill most other beings.

Personality
Hard Luck Frank is a thug. He knows he's a thug. He's happy with his current place in the world. He just wishes he didn't have to actually *do* things to maintain that place. He's not that bright, but he's not as dumb as people give him credit for. His penchant for one liners and alternative logic make him easy to write off, but his habit of trying to just not be a jerk to everyone leaves most people to find they don't hate him.
Biography & Lore
Born many many years ago in Vel Anir, Frank Cornelius Belvaille Sen-Shiir was forth in line for the throne. His grasp of magic, combat and political negotiation made him one of the most capable and dangerous members of the royal house.
However, during a radical magical experiment by other mages among the houses he was radically changed. His body was made incredibly tough and able to heal quickly, but every time he was injured his body becomes more dense than is was before. A problem that will eventually kill him in all likelihood.
After the experiment and the subsequent realization that he was no longer truly human he was exiled as a kindness and also because the attempts to assassinate him ended in the assassins giving up when they couldn't break his skin. He wandered for several years until he met with the then reclusive Silver Dragon @Masaru and took up working for the dragon in return for food, shelter, and generally not having to do much beyond what he wanted.
