General Bedario Khai has served Salitra on the Council of Eleven as the Aspect of Strength for nearly two decades. While his youth once called into question his competence for the role, Bedario proved time after time that Salitra was safe in his capable hands...at least, until the travesty that was the Sacking of Salitra. Still, he has refused to step down from the position and has redoubled his efforts in protecting his city. There are few that would question his resolve.

An imposing man, Bedario wears the Salitran garb befitting a general. He generally chooses to forgo excessive self-decoration, believing that even the leader of an army should be prepared to enter battle at any time.

Bedario is a skilled swordsman, tactician, and falconer. He has also been known to partake in Salitra's more diplomatic affairs from time to time.

Bedario is a staunch and dedicated man who generally puts his work above all else in his life. While he is proud of his position, he is not so proud that he does not consider his own failings.
