He’s a brown-skinned human man with a muscular body build. He’s a few inches taller than average. He has short black hair that’s beginning to thin, with a beard on his chin. He’s got a scar running from the tip of his nose down to the corner of his lip.

For combat, he dresses in heavy iron armor with a two-handed sword sheathed at his side. While outside combat, he dresses in simple, comfortable clothing.

Garrick’s an experienced warrior who’s seen many battles. He’s an expert at swordsmanship, relying on his strength and experience to overpower his enemies and keep them on the defensive. He’s physically strong for a human but tends to neglect defense in battle.

He’s a shrewd negotiator who knows how to get himself the best deal. He’s also dealt with people long enough to know how to pick up on a lie. Although, he doesn’t know how to do that with complete accuracy.

Garrick’s a friendly enough man on the surface, happy to talk to people and share stories of his great feats with them. But he’s far from a reliable friend, that is, unless you have the coin to afford him. Garrick’s only real love is for money, he’ll take almost any job that’ll make him enough of it. He only refuses jobs if they're either suicidal or would get him in trouble with the authorities. Even then, he may still take criminal work if the reward outweighs the risk.

Despite this, Garrick’s known for not going back on his contracts. He won’t be easily bribed into betraying his client. But he doesn’t refuse bribes for the sake of morality. He just does it because he realizes that, if he gets a reputation for being unreliable, no one will want to hire him anymore.

He genuinely enjoys his work, especially when it involves fighting monsters. He's not completely heartless, but his goal is simply to get money, and he'll go to great lengths to do just that.
