Felix is best comparable to a thin branch in body, he is not very muscular and is thin in shape. He wears the mask of the Galesongs, a dark green shirt with a lighter green tabard on top, a white cape and pants, and leather boots. Felix often washes his clothes so they can keep clean. Without the mask, he has a thin face with a short nose. He has straight, jet black hair along with a short beard.

Felix is usually calm in nature. He prefers to solve problems peacefully rather than fight with weapons or fists. He is overly apologetic even at the most simple of problems. He is especially sensitive at heart, and can easily break into tears. He loves animals, especially birds, he has a habit of trying to help animals that are injured.

Born in the human city of Vel Anir to a mother who was a scribe and his father who was a bard, Felix's mother died during childbirth. For the majority of Felix's life, his father was deeply depressed over his wife's death, the shamble of a home they lived was often filled with sad music of a gittern. Feeling guilt, since Felix believed he was the cause of his father's sorrow, taught himself how to play music on one of his father's giterns. Surprised by his son's interest in music, Felix's father began teaching him to be a bard. After a year of learning, Felix began performing for tips to support him and his father. One winter night, when returning back to his home, Felix opened the door to see in horror that his father was bleeding heavily on the floor.
"W-we were robbed, I don't have much time left in this world." Felix's father said, coughing up blood. He reached for his son's hand and beckoned his crying son closer. "Go to Falwood southeast of Vel Anir, find the Galesongs. They will raise you like they did to me. Play my gitern and they will find you." Felix's father then relaxed and closed his eyes. After mourning for what seems like an eternity, Felix buried his father and took up his gitern as he exited the city and ambled into the forest beyond.
