Faramund
Faramund was born into the mercenary life. Quite literally. His father -also called Faramund- was a part of the infamous and decidedly short-lived Rodgier's Band, an organisation consisting of mercenaries and barbarians who, for the most part, operated out of the Northern Kingdoms. Otherwise known as "Rod's Sods," the band made their name fighting the savage greenskin tribes that were known to wander out of the Blightlands from time to time, and were said to have travelled through both the Reach and the Vale during their tours of fortune.
As such, the first few years of Faramund's existence were spent on the move, hopping from town to town, village to village. What education he received was rushed, and as for any familial affection... well, Faramund was better of forgetting about his parents. They cared little for him. Or so he thought at the time.
By the time he reached adulthood, Fara was about as rough-and-ready as they came. Like his old man, Faramund Junior was reputed to have quite the nasty streak, often using his fearsome strength to intimidate those around him. For personal gain, perhaps. Or simply because he could. Either way, his was a mean soul made meaner by the experiences he lived through. Not many did.
Now, having joined the Knights of Anathaeum, Faramund seeks to right the wrongs of his past. Alas, they are many, and the knight sworn believes his years to be few. Only time will tell...
